Our Paella’s

Over the years we have created more than 50 different authentic and modern paella combinations, here are just a few of some of our own favourites and most popular client choices.

Barcelona
With chicken, king prawns, squid, baby clams, green beans, roasted red and green peppers and peas.

Alicante
With whole sea bass fillets, fine diced cuttle fish, brown shrimp, shredded fennel cooked with a bouillabaisse caldo (stock).

Lobster
With whole lobster, king prawn and diced squid.

Dirty Majorcan
With rabbit, chicken, pigeon, sobrasada sausage, baby artichokes, green beans, peas red peppers, baby artichokes and oyster mushrooms.

Crab
With soft shell crab, whole baby carrots, asparagus, broad beans and baby peas.

Roasted Hazelnut
With wild asparagus, wild mixed mushrooms, roasted hazelnuts and sweet piquillo peppers. (vegan)
