We offer an extensive repertoire of paellas and tapas along with a selection of Iberico hams and cheeses and other imported Spanish delicacies for parties, weddings, Christenings and specialist catering needs. See more information below on different types of event we can cater for.
Paella Weddings
We can either offer a full 5/6 course bespoke paella wedding menu choice, including full set up, waiting staff, plate and cutlery hire. Or just simply come along to cook and provide paellas and other food items for the main wedding breakfast or post (evening) meal for numbers of 50 to 500.
Hen Parties
Being based in Brighton, and Brighton being a very popular choice for hen parties, we regularly cater for groups of hens who have chosen to stay and rent a property for the weekend. In 2017 we become the main caterer for DineIndulge who specialise in organising hen parties in Brighton and all over the UK.
Christenings
Apart from being a tasty and great food option, paella and tapas is a great way for feeding a small or large number of guests post Christening. We normally have your paellas just ready to eat as all your guests return back from the church. In 2018 we catered for over 30 Christenings demonstrating paella has become a great choice for such an event.
Vegan Catering
Over the last 10 years due to the push towards healthy eating, vegan and vegetarianism, more and more of our clients have been requesting vegan and vegetarian options for weddings and parties. Therefore in 2017 we were able to cater for our first 100% vegan wedding. We are now able to offer numerous vegan tapas, paellas and dessert options for all our vegan and vegetarian clients.
