The Food We Offer
We offer an extensive repertoire of paellas and tapas along with a selection of Iberico hams and cheeses and other imported Spanish delicacies for parties, weddings and all your paella catering needs.
Tapas
Like our paellas,our tapas selection is constantly being updated. Due to our regular visits and travels across Spain we are continuously discovering new recipes as well as variations on old favourites and also creating new recipes of our own too.
Here is a selection of some of our own and clients favourites, but we would also be more than happy to advise or send you a list of our full reportoire!
Embutidos
All our hams, cheeses, charcuterie and cured fish are supplied to us by Brindisa (the oldest and best importer of Spanish food products in the UK.) They have over 30 years experience of importing the finest quality food products from Spain. Therefore, their knowledge and vastly superior products have meant that it has never been necessary to look for any other supplier!
These can make a great pre- or post-paella course (especially at weddings) or just served on there own. Here are just a few of these products and their items which can be included on our boards and plates.
Paellas
Like our tapas, our paellas reportoire is also constantly being revised and updated. From old classic and authentic recipes to new modern creations or old ones with a new twist.
For anybody who knows what goes into making a great tasting paella will know the secret is always in using the best available ingredients and the rice must always be cooked in the best and most flavoursome caldo (stock), with each particular paella using the correct type of caldo. We use over 15 types of freshly made caldos for our paellas.
Desserts
We have created a large selection of home made desserts which are all made in house (we don’t buy in our desserts).
Because we are a mobile catering company all our dessert recipes are selected so that after transportation, when served, they will still look and taste great when presented to our clients.
