Paella Inc main priority is to deliver the best and most authentic paella and tapas using very high quality poultry, fish and game from in and around the Sussex area using local (when we can) organic farms.

We are a small family owned mobile catering company, specialising in paellas and Spanish cuisine, who travel around the UK and Europe catering for weddings, parties and corporate events.
